For Candidates

The best opportunities are rarely advertised.

We hunt people already winning where they are. If that is how we found you, this page explains what happens next.

Why Work With Us

A partner for your career, not a job board

Confidential by default

Exploring quietly? Most of the people we place weren't actively looking. Your search stays private.

Roles that aren't posted

We work on searches you'll never see on a job board, often before they're public.

A real advocate

We represent you to our clients, prep you for every step, and negotiate on your behalf.

Where We Are Deepest

Where we place talent

Our network is deepest in building and home products, construction supply and distribution, and residential real estate. Most of what we work on is sales.

The Process

What happens after you say yes

  1. 01A call to understand what you are actually measured on now, and what would have to be true for a move to be worth it.
  2. 02You learn who the client is before they learn who you are.
  3. 03Nothing about you goes to a client until you tell us to send it.
  4. 04We prepare you for every stage, and we tell you what we know about the people you will meet.
  5. 05We stay with you through the offer, the counteroffer and the resignation.
Your Information

How your information is handled

  • ✓We do not send your details to any company you have not agreed to.
  • ✓We do not contact your current employer.
  • ✓If the timing is wrong we close the file and come back to you, rather than keep you on a list.
