We use two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies are needed to serve and secure the Site, and they are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the Site is used, and they are switched off until you accept them in our cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the past twelve months, and we do not sell the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still exercise every other right described below.
Wherever you live, you may contact us to ask about the information we hold on you. Depending on your location, you may also have the specific rights set out below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal information, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. As noted above, we do not sell or share.
If you live in another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas, you have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to appeal a decision we make on your request.
To make a request, contact us at info@loomhaven.com. We will verify your identity before we act, usually by confirming control of the email address on file, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
If you engage with us as a candidate, we collect and process the information needed to evaluate you for roles: your resume, work history, qualifications, licensure, references, and our notes from conversations with you. We share your information with a client only in connection with a specific search, and we tell you which search that is. We do not circulate your profile to clients you have not agreed to. If you ask us to stop considering you, or to delete your information, we will do so subject to any records we are required to keep.
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information there. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transferring your information to the United States means it goes to a country that has not received a general adequacy decision. Where we make such a transfer, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, together with the additional measures our providers apply. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
The Site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Loom Haven Advisors is a NovusMarc company. Where NovusMarc provides shared operational support, information may be handled under this policy and under NovusMarc's.
