He has a deep understanding of the investment landscape and is skilled at identifying trends and opportunities. Joseph received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University.

Vice President of Search

John is an experienced recruiter that has worked within different industries and has large network of candidates that he leverages to source qualified talent. He is highly skilled at identifying individuals for a variety of different specialized roles and seniority levels. John received his bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Albion College

Director, I.T. and Executive Search

Tyler has several years of software engineering and development experience at large multi-national corporations. He utilizes his experience and network to target potential candidates within  STEM that have specialized skills many employers are seeking. Tyler received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.

Associate

Cole is experienced across a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, marketing, and energy. He utilizes his range of different experiences and network to target qualified candidates across a variety of different sectors. Cole attended several colleges where he was pursuing a duel business degree, while simultaneously participating in several sports programs.

Rebecca has experience working in the healthcare field in a variety of roles where she has developed extensive relationships with hospital systems and medical professionals. She focuses on recruiting across various industries including healthcare and life sciences. Rebecca received her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Oakland University.

Michael is a former business owner and real estate professional, where he has developed and acquired several commercial and residential properties throughout the Midwest. He has extensive experience across all areas of real estate. Michael focuses on sourcing qualified talent within the asset management and real estate private equity space.

Jack has experience working in the sales and marketing field throughout a variety of roles across his career and utilizes his experience to help companies fill corporate-level positions. He focuses on recruiting across various corporate positions including sales, marketing, business development, and supply chain. Jack received his bachelor's degree in Business from Albion College.

Jake has experience working as a Business Analyst for a large healthcare provider, where he served as a liaison between the business areas and the IT organization to provide technical solutions required for the achievement of business goals. Jake received his bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Information Management Systems from Wayne State University.
